Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Irreversible Nature of Digital Educational Assets

Maktab E Mahal (legally operated by Pratap Narayan) specializes exclusively in the distribution of intangible, highly valuable digital knowledge assets. This includes downloadable PDF workbooks, access links to audiobook collections, and pre-recorded HD video masterclasses. Due to the intrinsic nature of digital files—which are easily duplicable, instantly consumable, and cannot be physically "returned" or "unseen" once accessed—traditional retail return policies are technologically, logistically, and legally impossible to implement.

Therefore, we enforce a strict, uncompromising No-Refund Policy across all digital products. By checking out and completing a purchase on maktabemahal.store, you explicitly acknowledge, consent to, and agree that all sales of digital products are absolute and final. The moment our automated server provisions your download link or grants vault access, the intellectual property has been irrevocably transferred to your possession, rendering the transaction complete and irreversible.

2. Explicitly Excluded Grounds for Refunds

To maintain absolute commercial clarity and fairness, we do not issue refunds, partial credits, or product exchanges under any of the following subjective or user-error circumstances:

  • Buyer's Remorse: A simple "change of mind" or realization that you no longer desire the product after the transaction is completed.

3. Service Cancellation: Live Mentorship Programs

For services requiring the live, real-time dedication of our instructors and scholars, such as the "1-on-1 Royal Mentorship" sessions, your payment explicitly reserves an exclusive, non-refundable block of time on our calendar.

Cancellations resulting in a refund are strictly prohibited once the first session is booked. You may reschedule a live session by providing formal written notice to support@maktabemahal.store a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to attend a session ("No-Show") or failure to provide the mandatory 24 hours' notice will result in the total forfeiture of that specific session.

4. Exceptional Circumstances & Anti-Fraud Protocol

We operate with absolute commercial integrity. We will issue a full refund exclusively for Duplicate Billing Errors or an Insurmountable System Failure where our team is unable to fulfill your digital delivery within 72 hours.

Our platform tracks and logs all IP addresses and timestamped digital access logs. Any attempt to bypass this clear, agreed-upon policy by filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your bank will be classified as friendly fraud and met with immediate, aggressive legal contestation.
